Hallo, wir suchen für unsere 4er WG eine nette MitbewohnerInab 16. Januar oder 1. Februar. Wir wohnen im alten Dorfkern von Strehlen (Nähe Wasaplatz), ÖPNV ist in 3min (75, 63, 13, 9) , 8 min (61, 85) bzw. 12min (S-Bahn) gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zur Uni ca. 15 min. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und ca 3m hoch. Die Miete beträgt inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet über MaxxonAir, Strom und WG Kasse 220€. Ausserdem haben wir Zugang zu einem Fahrradkeller und Wäscheboden. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, allerdings gibt es einen Putzplan. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du dir unsere WG und uns mal anschaust - dich würden wir natürlich ebenso unter die Lupe nehmen;-).
