Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock und hat zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, einen großen Flur und ein Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch, einem Tisch und Stühlen. Der Boden ist ganz neu und es gibt noch einen Balkon zum entspannen zwischen Deinen Pflanzen. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Strehlen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wasaplatz und 1 Minute bis zur Bushaltestelle Caspar - David - Friedrich Straße. Mit dem Bus ist man in 6 Minuten an Hauptbahnhof und in 4 Minuten an der Uni. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Lidl, Netto, DM, Sparkasse, Döner etc.
Zurzeit sind wir 5 Leute, aber Ende Juni ziehen mit mir noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner um. Also, wenn Du mit noch ein oder zwei Freunden/innen zusammenziehen willst ist das auch möglich. In der Wohnung bleiben Fabio und Cecilia, beide studieren und sind sehr freundlich. Sie kochen gern und manchmal machen wir alle etwas zusammen. Allgemein ist es ruhig in der Wohnung.
Die Warmmiete beträgt zurzeit 325 € pro Monat. Es kann sein dass sie ein bisschen erhöht wird durch die Immobilienfirma. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 20.06.2016 übernommen werden. Wenn Du ein paar Tage früher oder auch später einziehen möchtest, können wir darüber reden und eine Lösung finden.
In den angegebenen Kosten ist das Internet nicht enthaltet.

I am looking for a new tenant for my room, since I move out at the 20th of June.
The flat is in fourth floor and has two bathrooms, a big kitchen, a big hall and a living room.
The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a table and chairs. The floor is completely new and there is also a balcony where you can relax.
The flat is in Strehlen, 5 minutes on foot to Wasaplatz and 1 minute to the bus station Caspar-David-Friedrich Straße. With the bus you are in 6 minutes at the main station and in 4 minutes at the university. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets close to the flat, like Lidt, Netto, DM, Sparkasse, Döner etc.
At the moment we are 5 people, but at the end of June, me and two of my flat mates move out. So, if you want to move with one or two friends, it is also possible. At the flat stay Fabio and Cecilia, both of them study and are very friendly. The cock often and sometimes we do something altogether. In general is it quiet in the flat.
The rent including additional costs it 325 € at the moment. It can be that it will be a little increased from the owners but I hope not. The room can be at 20.06.16 taken. If you want to move a few days earlier or later, we can also talk about it.
