Hi,
ich bin Robert (31) und suche ab sofort eine*n Mitbewohner*in für eine ruhige 2er WG im vierten Stock in der Tiergartenstraße in Strehlen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 63m² groß und besteht aus zwei kleineren Zimmern (12/13m²), einem großen Wohnzimmer (18m²), Flur, Küche (voll ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler), Bad, Balkon (Kräutergarten, Hangboard) und einem Stellplatz auf dem Dachboden. Dein Zimmer ist bisher unmöbiliert. Der Rest der Whg ist voll ausgestattet.
Da mein Mitbewohner im Rahmen seines dualen Studiums für längere Zeit seinen Ausbildungsort wechselt, ist das Zimmer ab Mai zu vergeben.
Es wird aber selbstverständlich leer und sauber übergeben.

I´m Robert (31), looking for a flatmate for a rather calm 2 person shared flat at the fourth floor in Tiergartenstraße in Dresden Strehlen. The flat ist about 63m² in total, consisting of two small rooms (12/13m²) a big shared living room (18m²), corridor, kitchen (fully equiped, washing maschine, dishwasher), bathroom (tub), balcony (herb garden, hangboard), and a storage space at the attic. There is no furniture in your room so far. I can provide a desk and chair if you want. The rest of the apartment is generally furnitured.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist aufgrund der Haltestelle Queerallee direkt vor der Haustür und dem S-Bhf Strehlen um die Ecke sehr gut. Außerdem hast du einen direkten Blick auf den Zoo.
in 2 Gehminuten gibt es einen Netto, sowie einen guten Bäcker mit eigener Backstube und eine Post. Auch sonst ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf innenstadt-typisch sehr gut erreichbar.

The transport connection is great, thanks to the tram station Queeralle right in front of the front-door and the station S-Strehlen around the corner. You also have a nice view at the dresden zoo.
In about 2 minutes, you can reach an Netto supermarket, a great backery and a post office. Due to the central location you can , of course, find everything else for your daily life in just a few minutes as well.
Die WG wird mit Dir neu gegründet, Du darfst also gerne frei mitgestalten.
Ich selbst habe letztes Jahr meinen Master in Medieninformatik abgeschlossen und bin jetzt (überwiegend im HomeOffice) als Softwareentwickler und bin viel draußen unterwegs. Wenn du mal jemanden für sportliche Aktivitäten (Joggen, Klettern ...) suchst, können wir gerne gemeinsam etwas starten.
Oh und es gibt ein Haustier, einen kleinen Spatz der immer unter der Markise schläft. Aber der ist sehr selbstständig und geht früh ins Bett.

I myself finished my master degree in information Technology and media last your. Currently I´m working as a software developer for web applications (predominantly in home office). My days are often sufficient filled with work and spare time, but it would be still nice to have a livey environment.
I speak (hopefully) sufficiently english, so if you are not perfeclty familiar with german, that´s totally fine.
And if you are looking for someone to do some sporty activities (jogging, climbing ...), we can certainly group up every once in a while.
