Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem großen Bett (1.50m breit) und kann ganz flexibel (Wochen- oder Monatsweise) oder länger gemietet werden. Quasi als Zwischenlösung oder wenn es gut passt auch länger :)
Sehr ruhige Lage in Striesen mit direkter Anbindung zum Bus 61 (20 min bis TU) und zu den Straßenbahnlinien am Pohlandplatz (4 & 10)
Ich wohne mit meinen 2 Kindern in einer großen und sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Kinder sind wochenweise bei mir. In meiner "freien" Woche bin ich abends sehr viel und gern unterwegs. Also eine Woche Familienleben und eine Woche WG-Leben.
Wenn du kinderlieb bist und eine flexible Möglichkeit zur Zwischenmiete suchst, dann kannst du dich gern bei mir melden. Mietdauer ist verhandelbar, ob wochenweise (80€) oder monatlich (300€).
