Ich ziehe aus meiner WG in Strießen aus und nun sucht mein Zimmer einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit bequemer Sitzecke,2 Kühlschränke und ein großes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß, Teppichboden und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Weißen Hirsch / Bühlau und die Kleingärtenalage "El Horst"
Kosten belaufen sich warm auf 230 € inklusive DSL.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt im Haus (Penny) und Kaufland + Lidl ur 5 Minuten zu entfernt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung zu Uni und Stadtzentrum ist gut,
(15 min) Haltestelle der 4, 10 und 63 sind direkt vor der Haustür.
