Hi Leute,
ich gebe mein WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab (20. Mai - 15 Sept. 20013) da ich für ein Praktikum ins Ausland gehe.
Das Zimmer ist 20m groß und ist voll möbiliert. Dsl mit Glasfaser liegt an 50MB/s und Wlan ist vorhanden. Fehrnsehr, spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Um die Ecke fährt ein Bus direkt an die Uni ohne umsteigen. Keller und Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden. Eine Mitbewohnerin wohnt ebenfalls hier.
Die Kosten beinhalten alle neben Kosten incl. Heizung, Internet, Müll und Strom....
Also Leute bei Interesse bitte melden und besichtigen, ich freu mich.

Im Herzen von Striessen. Sehr ruhig. Autolärm höhrt man nicht.
Lockere weltoffene WG. Relativ ruhige WG, keine wilden Partys also auch kein lästiges aufräumen:).
Am besten telefonisch durchrufen aber email sollte auch kein Problem darstellen.
