es ist ab Februar ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Wer für kurze Zeit, 3 Wochen - 2 Monate ein Zimmer sucht, kann sich gerne bei mir melden. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden: Bett, schreibtisch, Sessel und Regal. 2 Vorhänge kommen noch.
Die Wohnung liegt in Striesen, nähe Uniklinikum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Genüge vorhanden ohne überaus weite Strecken zurücklegen zu müssen (neben Kaufland auch Konsum, Edeka, Bäcker, Imbiss). Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen.
Ich habe Biotechnologie studiert und arbeite seit einiger Zeit in einem der nahegelegenen Institute. Kommt einfach vorbei oder falls ihr nicht in Dresden wohnt lasst uns telefonieren.
