Hey:) Ich gehe für ein Auslandssemester nach Taiwan und gebe für die Zeit mein Zimmer ab.
Die Möbel würde ich dir stehen lassen. Was du nicht brauchst, kommt auf den Dachboden.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und ist dadurch schön hell.
Die Miete beträgt die angegebenen 330€. Dabei sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag enthalten.
Unsere WG liegt am Nürnberger Platz, direkt am Campus der TU Dresden (8 min bis zum Hörsaalzentrum). Es fahren die Linien 61, 3, 8 und 333. Am Nürnberger Platz gibt es einen Netto, Edeka, Rewe und DM, sowie ein hervorragender Bäcker eine Straße weiter. Außerdem befindet sich in der Nebenstraße die Studentenkneipe "Campus". Die Linie 3 ist eine Gute-Nacht-Linie der DVB. So kommt man auch nachts in die Neustadt und zurück. Die Mensa Zeltschlösschen ist nur 250m entfernt.
Wir leben zu viert in der WG. Meike studiert Hydrowissenschaften und ist immer für gemeinsames Kochen oder Unternehmungen zu begeistern. Yoseph ist Maschinenbauer kurz vorm Diplom, spielt gerne Fußball und ist eher der ruhige Typ. Steven studiert (wie ich) Architektur, ist immer viel am basteln und fährt, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, gen Süden um zu surfen.
Auf den Bildern sieht man unseren großen Flur und die gemütliche Küche. Auf dem Balkon werden in einem Hochbeet Tomaten und Kräuter angebaut. Wir haben einen Beamer im Flur/Wohnzimmer zum Filme schauen und genügend Platz für Spieleabende. Dazu ist das Haus nur von Firmen 'bewohnt' - bis auf eine weitere WG auf der gleichen Etage, mit der wir uns gut verstehen.

Auch wenn die Dauer des Zusammenwohnens erstmal nur begrenzt ist, würden wir dich gerne online oder persönlich kennenlernen, weil uns ein angenehmes Miteinander wichtig ist.

Hey:) I'm moving to Taiwan for one semester so I'm renting out my room for that time period.
I will leave my furniture in the room but if there's anything you don't want we can put it in the attic.
The room faces south so it's nice and bright.
There are four of us living in the shared flat. Meike is studying hydrosciences, Yoseph is a mechanical engineer about to graduate and Steven (like me) is studying architecture.
In the pictures you can see our large hallway/living room and the cozy kitchen. Tomatoes and herbs are grown on the balcony. We have a projector in the hallway/living room to watch films and enough space for game nights. In addition, the house is only 'inhabited' by companies - apart from one other flat share on the same floor.
Rent is 330€ which includes extra costs and internet.
Our flatshare is situated at the Nürnberger Platz next to the campus of TU Dresden. The bus and tram lines 61, 3, 8 and 333 stop at Nürnberger Platz. There is a Netto, Edeka and DM within a 1 minute walking distance as well as an excellent bakery one street away.
