Hallo, wir suchen ab 01.03.2011 eine(n) neuen Mitbewohner/in für ein helles WG-Zimmer in der 10. Etage.
Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick über Dresden.
Die HTW ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und die TU 5-10 Min., Hauptbahnhof 10 Min.
Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 3 Minuten.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle, an der die 3 und die 8 fahren, ist auch nur 3 Min. Fußweg entfernt (Haltestelle Studentenwerk).
Neben einem abgetrennten Essbereich haben wir einen Balkon (mit Grill), der sich ideal für warme Sommernächte eignet.
