Wir suchen ab 1. November eine/n nette/n Mitmieter/in für unsere WG. Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht nach Studiumsende aus. Es ist eine geräumige 4-Raum Wohnung im sanierten Altbau auf der Bayreuther Straße. Uninah, 10min zu Fuß, 2min Bus oder Rad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Geboten wird ein helles 15m² großes Zimmer und zwei nette Mitbewohner. Wer Interesse hat und eine Besichtigung wünscht, meldet sich einfach unter bighub(at)gmx(punkt)de. LG Ricardo und Björn. PS: Die Kaution beträgt eigentlich 260€ und wird an den Vormieter gezahlt, es kann aber auch anderweitig abgesprochen werden, also keine Scheu.
