ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein möbiliertes Zimmer vom 01.08.11 bis 31.01.12.
Du wohnst in einer netten WG mit 2 Frauen und einem Mann. Die Wohnung liegt zentral nur wenige Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Lidl und Aldi). Alle Zimmer sind mit Laminat ausgestattet.
Dein Zimmer ist groß (17 m²) und ausgestattet mit Hochbett (1,40m breit), Sofa, Schreibtisch, vielen Regalen und Kleiderschrank (siehe Bilder)
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC, weiterhin gibt es ein extra WC. Wir haben wir einen Balkon, der von der Küche abgeht und gen Süden zeigt. Die Küche hat auch einen Geschirrspüler.
Hat das Zimmer dein Interesse geweckt und hast du Lust ein halbes Jahr in Dresden zu verbringen, dann melde dich!
