Hallo,
ihr übernehmt mein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Südseite. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und befindet sich in einer 3-Raumwohnung.
Das Zimmer hat einen hellen Teppich und du schaust direkt auf den ruhigen grünen Hinterhof. Zur Stadt sind es nur 15min zu Fuß und zur Uni (HTW und TU) noch schneller. Trotzdem ist es in der Gegend super ruhig. Die Wohnung hat bereits eine Einbauküche (mit E-Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Arbeitsplatte, 2 Schränke) mit drinne, die anteilig übernommen werden sollte. Nebenkosten ohne Strom, sind 66,20Euro. Im Moment ist DSL und Festnetzflatrate von Vodafone, was aber nicht mit übernommen werden muss. Das Wohnzimmer hat PVC-Belag in Holzoptik und das Bad eine Badewanne.
