Ich gehe ab Oktober studiumsbedingt für ein Praktikum in die Schweiz und möchte gern mein Zimmer in einem schönen Altbau untervermieten!!
Was erwartet dich?
- zentrale Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur TU und HTW, 10 Minuten in die Stadt, 15 Minuten in die Neustadt)
- Bus und Bahn gleich vor der Tür
- Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke (Döner, Bäcker, REWE, Frida und Netto)
- Stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank, Regalen und großen, überdachtem Balkon
- 3 nette Mitbewohner, alles technische Studenten an der TU
- 3 Bäder (!!)
- unkompliziertes WG Leben und keine reine Zweck-WG
- Altbauhaus mit fast ausschließlich Firmen im Gebäude (es wird niemand gestört :))
