Ab dem 01.08.2012 bieten wir dir in unserer 3er WG ein helles und freundliches Zimmer an.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 19m² plus 2m² Balkon.Das Zimmer ist möbliert(Bett,Schrankwand,Kleiderschrank) Es gibt eine Küche mit E-herd Kühlschrank usw die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Des weiteren gibt es ein Bad das mit Badewanne/Dusche sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist.
Die Warmmiete von 204€ beinhaltet außerdem DSL mit 3 MBit und TV plus Kaution und ein bisschen Geld für die Möbel(da wird man sich schon einig)
Also wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich einfach unter (siehe unten) so das wir einen Termin zur Besichtigung vereinbaren können.
Die Lage ist perfekt: zu füß 10 Minuten zur Uni und ca 1 min zur HTW. Für die etwas Bequemeren befinden sich auch Haltestellen für Bus und Bahn in der nähe oder der Parkplatz für das eigene Auto vor der Tür.Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch gleich vor der Tür (Netto).
