Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, rechteckig, hat ein großes Fenster und eine Balkontür und ist deshalb sehr hell.
Der Balkon ist sehr groß, geht zur Südseite und du hast ihn ganz für dich allein.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da zum Innenhof gelegen.
An Einrichtung ist eine Schrankwand vorhanden. Die kann aber auch in den Keller wenn sie dir nicht gefällt.
In den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche und Bad) ist auch alles notwendige da (Waschmaschine, Spüle, Ofen, Herd, Kühlschränke....)
Zum Campus der TU sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten, mit dem Rad 3 Minuten, die HTW ist direkt nebenan. Die Haltestelle Reichenbachstraße ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür, dort fährt die 3 und die 8, so dass man auch schnell in der Neustadt ist zum feiern.
Ein Netto ist um die Ecke, Ein Rewe und ein Aldi jeweils in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
