Ich zieh aus meiner WG aus. Es sind 2 Zimmer mit insgesamt 20,6 m² + eigener Balkon + eigene Toilette.
Möbiliert heißt in dem Fall: Ein bett, Eine Couch und ein Kleiderschrank bleiben drinnen. (Preis ist noch verhandelbar.)
In beiden Zimmern ist Teppich drin und im Bad
PVC-Boden.
224 Euro ist inkl. Strom und Internetkosten.
Die WG befindet sich in der Budapester Straße 39.
2 Minuten bis zur Linie 62 und ca. 5 Minuten bis zur 61.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Und falls ihr an der HTW studiert, sitzt ihr in 15 Minuten im Hörsaal.
In der Nähe befindet sich ein Konsum und ein Lidl.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 4-Personen-WG, die sich je ein Bad und eine Küche teilt. Wie schon erwähnt besitzt eins von den beiden Zimmern auch selbst noch ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschbecken.
