Hallo,
da ich ab dem 01.09.2013 (Einzug ab 31.08.2013 möglich) in Nürnberg ein 6-monatiges Fachpraktikum absolviere, verlasse ich die WG und damit wird mein Zimmer frei.
Zu den beiden Mitbewohnern:
Katja ist eine Mathematikstudentin, die sehr sympathisch und nett ist. Sie macht gern Sport und man kann sich auch gut bei einem Bier mit ihr unterhalten.
Fateh ist ein Germanistikstudent, der gerne kocht und mit dem man sich ebenfalls länger unterhalten kann.
Zur Wohnung:
Das Zimmer hat 17 m² und einen ca. 5 m² großen Balkon. 2 Wände sind weiß gestrichen und die anderen beiden terracotta-farbend.
Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr vorhanden.
Kontaktaufnahme wäre mir am liebsten per Telefon.
