Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Zu vermieten ist ein nettes, helles, 15qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Im Zimmer liegt bequemer Teppich aus, TV-Anschluss hast du auch. Die Möbel auf den Fotos sind leider nur ein Einrichtungsvorschlag :-) und das Zimmer ist unmöbliert zu vermieten.
Die Miete beträgt warm 200€.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. So hast du super Zug-, Straßenbahn- oder auch Busverbindung. Die Universität und auch alles was man sonst so braucht befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Pragerstraße lädt zum shoppen, Eis essen oder Kinogängen ein.
Dennoch ist es eine recht ruhige Lage, mit grüner Aussicht aus dem Fenster und ruhigen Familien als Nachbarn.
Wir sind eine Studentin und ein Arbeitstätiger. Wir haben einen Balkon, der aber vom Zimmer eines Mitbewohners abgeht.
Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die zu uns passt und auch gerne mal für ein Pläuschchen, gemeinsames Kochen oder Ähnliches zu haben ist.
