Es ist 13qm groß, kostet warm incl. Internet 180 Eur (das ist wirklich preiswert!) und ist trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage sehr ruhig, da es zum Innenhof/Garten hinausgeht.
Wasch-und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, die Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden aufgehängt werden.
Die Anbindung ist super: Linie 61 (Uni) und 62 (Innenstadt) fahren beide an der Kreuzung vorm Haus. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 5 min zu Uni & Hbf und 10 min ins Zentrum.
Aldi, Lidl, Konsum und Bäcker sind um die Ecke.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner heißen:Bianka(Krankenschwester und Studentin) und Tobiasz (Student des Verkehrswesens und halber Pole)und Andres( Student des biologie biomolecular aus Colombia) sind sehr nett und pflegeleicht und freuen sich darauf, dich kennenzulernen. :)
