Hallo.
Da ich für ein Jahr meine geliebte WG verlassen muss, suche ich eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für mein helles, gut geschnittenes Zimmer. Es hat zwei große Fenster zum grünen Hinterhof hinaus, Laminat, misst knapp 17 qm und ist vollmöbliert (siehe Fotos). Wir wohnen im Erdgeschoss, wodurch im Sommer hier angenehme Temperaturen herrschen; die Heizung funktioniert im Winter einwandfrei. Die Miete beträgt 226 Euro, darin sind schon alle Nebenkosten, GEZ, WG-Kasse, Internet... enthalten. Falls du länger als ein Jahr in Dresden bleiben solltest, könntest du nach den 12 Monaten sehr wahrscheinlich in das ähnlich-große Zimmer von meinem Mitbewohner ziehen.
Die WG ist nur zwei Minuten von der Haltestelle (61, 8) und fünf Minuten von der Nachtlinie 3 und Bus 62 entfernt. Somit kommt jeder sicher vom Feiern in der Neustadt nach Hause. Trotzdem wohnen wir sehr ruhig und ohne Straßenlärm. Das Unigelände ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleiches gilt für den Hauptbahnhof. Supermärkte finden sich auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung (1 bis 10 min zu Fuß).
Unsere WG hat auch alles was das Herz begehrt - vor allem viele Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, ... drei liebe Mitbewohner und eine Hündin. Johannes, Matthias und Petr sind aufgeschlossen, umgänglich und freundlich. Alle stecken noch mitten im Studium. Man kann mit ihnen auch einiges unternehmen: kochen, wandern, Bier trinken, klettern, Musik machen, grillen, sich in der Küche verquatschen... Am besten du machst dir selbst ein Bild von ihnen :)
Außerdem ist da noch Juno, unsere mittelalte Hundedame. Sie ist zurückhaltend und schläft zuhause viel. Draußen tobt sie sich gerne aus und freut sich immer, wenn sie z.B. in der Elbe schwimmen darf. Falls du Hunde magst, wirst du Juno lieben ;)
Wenn du bereit bist dich an den Putzplan zu halten, nichts gegen eine fellige Mitbewohnerin hast und den anderen gerne mal in der Küche Gesellschaft leistet, freuen wir uns dich bald kennenzulernen!

I'm leaving Dresden for one year. So we are looking for a new flatmate. The room is bright, 17 m2 and completely furnished. Its windows are on the back of the house so that you have a nice view to a large green backyard with plenty of trees. We live on the ground floor where we enjoy mild temperatures in the summer. During the winter months the heaters works excellent so you won’t be cold. The rent is 226 Euro and includes all utilites like electricity, internet, GEZ and even some money for toilet paper/ oil/ sugar... If you want to stay more than one year you could possibly move into my flatmate's room after the 12 months are over.
The location of the flat is perfect. You can reach the TU Dresden campus on foot in 10 minutes as well as the main train station. The bus 61 and the tram 8 are almost in front of the house, you can reach the tram 3 (very useful for party people) and the bus 62 in only 5 minutes.
In the shared flat you will find everything you need (washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, cooking utensils, etc.). Your new flatmates are Johannes, Matthias, Petr. They are openminded, very friendly and all still in the middle of their studies. They like cooking, hiking, rock climbing, beer and barbecue, music, ...
Last but not least I present you Juno, our lovely female dog. She is very easy going, sleeps a lot at home but also enjoys swimming in the river and hiking. If you want you can take her for a walk or teach her some new tricks.
We are looking for someone who has no problem with cleaning schedules nor with dogs and likes socializing in the kitchen.
