Das Zimmer ist ab Juli frei, da unsere WG sich gerade auflöst. Leo geht für zwei Semester nach Italien, Hieu zieht nach München und für mich geht es in die USA.
Die Möbel im Zimmer würde ich gerne weitergeben gegen ein Entgelt aber das kann man dann konkret aushandeln. Es ist eine große Couch vorhanden und der große Eckschreibtisch bietet reichlich Platz zum abstellen und arbeiten. Die zwei hohen Schränke bieten auch mehr als genug Stauraum.
Das Hochbett ist so gebaut, dass keine Stützen erforderlich sind. Dadurch hat man auch noch Platz gewonnen. Einziger Haken: Man kommt dort nur mit etwas Schwung über die Klimmzugstange hoch. Falls das ein Problem sein sollte, könnte ich auch noch eine Leiter anbringen.
Durch die große Fensterfront ist es angenehm hell. Es ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass man früh die Sonne im Zimmer hat.
Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Fahrradkeller und einen Trockenraum.
Ab Juli werden umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten am ganzen Wohnblock durchgeführt. Bad, Küche, Balkon werden modernisiert sowie Arbeiten am Haus.
Du würdest dann mich als Hauptmieter ablösen und ich dir den Mietvertrag weitergeben. Damit profitierst du von den günstigen Konditionen, da er mittlerweile fast 9 Jahre alt ist.
The room is free from July. All of us three are moving out. Leo is going to Italy for two semesters, Hieu moves to Munich and I'm going to the USA. I'd prefer to leave all the furniture in the room. We can talk over the price, if you are interested. So it is completely furnished with a big desk, a couch and two big wardrobes. Because of the loft bed you also have more space.
Through the big windows you have a lot of light coming in (east side).
There is a room for bike as well as a drying room in the basement.
Starting in July, the whole building will be modernised and refurbished. This includes the bathroom, kitchen and balcony.
You would be the person who gets the contract for the whole flat.
Die WG liegt sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof im 9. Stock. Der Netto ist 100 m entfernt und mehrere Haltestellen sind gleich nebenan. Du erreichst fast jeden Punkt in der Stadt ohne umzusteigen.
Die HTW liegt direkt gegenüber und zur TU sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Auch zum Shoppen kann man zu Fuß gehen und der nächste ordentliche Dönerladen ist auch nicht weit.
The flat is located in the middle of Dresden, near the mainstation. The next supermarket is 100m down the street. To get to the next tram or bus you walk 5 minutes and nearly can get everywhere in Dresden without interchanging. The Technical University (TU) is a 10 min walk away and the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) is across the street.
Wir sind eine sehr unkomplizierte 3er WG. Leo studiert Mechatronik an der TU, Hieu hat seine Ausbildung als Koch gerade abgeschlossen und ich selbst studiere Produktionstechnik an der HTW. Man hilft sich gegenseitig bei Problemen und kann aber auch entspannt quatschen.
Es ist immer recht ruhig und auch von den Nachbarn bekommt nur selten was mit.
Hieu und ich ziehen Ende Juni aus, Leo dann Mitte August. Also wenn ihr zu zweit seid ist es echt ideal. Ansonsten unterstützen wir dich natürlich weitere Mitbewohner zu finden.
We are a really uncomplicated shared flat. Two of us are students and one is working as a chef. Everyone helps each other. The surrounding neighbours are really quite, sometimes you hear a piano playing.
Hieu and I are moving out in June, Leo will be leaving in the mid of August. If you are looking for a room together, this is ideal. Otherwise we will support you to find some new flat mates.
