Hallo ihr Zimmersuchenden!
Geboten wird 13m² Zimmer gleich auf dem Gelände der HTW. Es sind zum Innenhof gelegen und daher schön ruhig, weshalb man auch gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Außerdem wurden die Fenster ausgetauscht und sind super schall- und winndicht. Das Zimmer ist super geschnitten und scheint so um einiges größer.
Es ist voll möbiliert in Zimmer: Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche, Badzimmer und Waschmachine. WiFi steht auch zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer steht ab 01.Mai zur Verfügung. Mit Vereinbarung kann das Einzugsdatum früher sein.
Der(Die) Nachmieter(in) soll mindestens 6 Monate in der WG bleiben.

My housemate will leave Dresden soon. So I'm looking for someone to fill his room. the suitable person should be usual, clean, easy going and age between 20 & 40. No party boy (or girl) allowed! No smokers please!
The house is fully furnished. And the refrigerator and washing machine are shared by the whole house. WiFi is also already installed.
The room is 13m² and faced the inner courtyard, So it's quiet & nice. In summer, people can enjoy the breeze & go to sleep without closing window. Following furniture could be taken over from the previous housemate : single size bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair & bookshelf. Takeover of furniture is not a must.
The room would be available 1st. May. The actual move-in day could be earlier.
Only long term's housemate (at least 6 months) would be considered
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Campus der HTW, du kannst also theoretisch aus dem Bett fallen und bist da. Auch zur TU sind es zu Fuß maximal 5-10min. In 2-3 Minuten erreichst du die Haltestelle Reichenbachstr. und von dort sind es auch nur wenige Meter bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung liegt also schön zentral aber in ausreichender Entfernung zu den großen Straßen, sodass es angenehm ruhig ist. Netto, Aldi, Rewe und diverse Bäcker und ein Metzger sind auch nach wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen.

The house is located on the campus of HTW. And TU would also be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. Main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is just 6 minutes walking distance, from there you can go to anywhere of the city.
A lot of supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Rewe etc.) could also be found around the house. And all of them are just minutes away.
Deine potenziale zukünftige Mitbewohneren sind zwei unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene junge Leute.
Nathan, ist als Ingenieur tätig. Er ist eine offener, ehrlicher und netter Mensch, braucht hier und da etwas Zeit für ihm, er ist aber generell für jeden Spaß, jedes Gesprächsthema zu haben.
KaiQi studiert Produktionstechnik an der HTW. Er wird sein Praktikum im nächsten Semester absolvieren.
Manchmal kochen wir zusammen am Wochenende, aber es ist auch gar kein Problem, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.

KaiQi study production engineering at the HTW. He will leave the flat in 6 months because of his internship.
We chat together at the kitchen quite often. Sometimes we also cook together on the weekend.
But you could also have your own quiet moment by closing your room door.
