Das Zimmer ist ab morgen frei. Denn diese Wohnung wird am Ende. April gekündigt, kann der Mieter/die Mieterin maximal bis 12. April wohnen. Danach werden die Möbel verkauft oder einfach entfernt werden.
Es gibt jeweils ein Fenster im Ost und Süd, d.h., die Helligkeit ist super gut.
Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und mit einem großen Tisch, einem Tisch für Laptop, ein Regal und einer Matratze auf dem Boden (ja, das Bettrahmen war kaputt und schon entfernt.) teilmobiliert.
Außerdem in der Küche gibt es Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank für gesamt WG.
2 min bis zur Busstation, 3 min bis zur Tramstation.
Mit dem Tram kannst du 3 min zu Hauptbahnhof (3 Stationen) gehen, und mit dem Bus kannst du 5 min zu Slub Bibliothek (3 Stationen).
Wenn du läufst, kannst du innerhalb 15 min bis zur Uni (TU-Dresden).
Um die Ecke gibt es eine kleine Supermarkt, dass du einkaufen kannst.
In der Nähe gibt es auch POST, ATM von Deutschbank, Sparkasse (alles innerhalb 5 min laufen) und Backerei( 7 min laufen).
Der Mitbewohner schreibt aktuell Diplomarbeit. Einfaches und ruhiges Leben erwünscht.
Ansonsten nichts besonders.
