The room is 23 square metres and fully furnished with sofa, almirah, table fan and bed. Kitchen is also fully furnished with all the necessary utensils including microwave oven and hot air oven. We have a newly bought washing machine too. We also have WLAN .
The appartment at hochschul str.10 is well connected with tram and bus stations, with dresden hauptbahnhof just 5 minutes of walk from our place. It is 3 minutes from the nearest supermarket (Netto). Also, the appartment is at five minutes walking distance from TU Dresden. The flat has cycle parking facilities too.
There are three flatmates , all doctoral students. One of the roomie has completed his PhD and is leaving Dresden. All three flatmates are from India and speak Malayalam and Tamil fluently apart from English and German. All of the three are working now at the Leibniz-institute for polymer research Dresden e.V.
