Da ich recht spontan mit ein paar Freund*innen eine neue WG gründen werde, wird kurzfristig (am besten zum 01.07.) dieses gemütliche Zimmer in super Lage zu einem unschlagbaren Preis frei!
Dein neues Zimmer ist sehr gräumig (ca. 18m²), annähernd quadratisch geschnitten und durch die breite Fensterfront schön hell. Der Blick geht auf die Straße (es fährt zwar regelmäßig die Tram aber ich fands nicht zu laut, die Fenster sind gut isoliert) mit Bäumen (also auch ein bisschen Blick ins grüne). Es bietet genug Platz für ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Sitzecke, und einen Schrank und du hast immer noch genug Bewegungsfreiheit um z.B. Sport zu machen. Ich habe mich in diesem Raum immer wohl gefühlt (ich hoffe du auch). Ich werde dir das Zimmer unmöbliert hinterlassen, du kannst deinen Einrichtungsträumen also freien lauf lassen;). Da ich erst im Oktober eingezogen bin und frisch gestrichen habe, kannst du dir diesen Schritt sparen.
Die Wohnung:
hat alles was mensch braucht.
Küche mit Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene (goldwert!!!) und Mikrowelle (natürlich auch Kühlschrank und Herd)

Since I will spontaneously found a new flat with a few friends, this cosy room in a great location will be available very soon (best on 01.07.) at an unbeatable price!
Your new room is very spacious (approx. 18m²), almost squareshaped and very bright due to the wide window front. The view goes to the street (the tram runs regularly but I didn't find it too loud, the windows are well insulated) with trees (so also a little view into the green). There is enough space for a big bed, desk, sitting area, and a closet and you still have enough freedom of movement to do e.g. sports. I always felt comfortable in this room (I hope you will so too). I will leave you the room unfurnished, so you can let your furnishing dreams run free ;). Since I only moved in in October and painted it fresh, you can save yourself this step.

Die Wohnung befindet sich praktisch gegenüber vom TU-Campus am Münchner Platz. Solltest du also an der TU studieren, hast du sehr kurze Wege (vom Bett bis zum HSZ ca. 10 min;) Direkt vor der Haustür hält die Linie 3, die dich in 3 min zum HBF fährt und in 20 min in die Neustadt. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, hier leben vor allem Familien und Studis (ähnlich ist es auch im Haus: hier gibt es auch andere WGs, die ab und an gemeinsam was unternehmen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du reichlich, und alles Fußläufig in 1-10 min erreichbar. Dazu gehören Netto, DM, Edeka, Frieda, 3 Bäckerein und mehrere Kebab-Läden.
The apartment is practically opposite the TU campus at Münchner Platz. So if you are studying at the TU, you have very short distances (from your bed to the HSZ about 10 min;) Directly in front of the door the line 3 stops, which takes you to the main station in 3 min and to Neustadt in 20 min. The location is quite quiet, mainly families and students live here (it's similar in the house: there are also other shared flats which do something together from time to time). There are plenty of shopping possibilities and everything is within walking distance of 1-10 min. There are Netto, DM, Edeka, Frieda, 3 bakeries and several kebab shops.
In ihrer jetzigen Zusammensetzung besteht die WG seit anfang des Jahres (es gibt also noch keine festgefahrenen Strukturen). Anna-Lena ist im Februar eingezogen und Lucas erst letzten Monat, da ich vergangenen Oktober eingezogen bin, bin ich sozusagen WG-Oma;). Das WG-Leben ist harmonisch und uns allen ist ein gutes Miteinander wichtig. Es wäre also schön, wenn auch du Lust auf eine WG hast, die mehr ist als eine Zweck-WG. Zu den Gemeinaschaftsaktivitäten gehören z.B. lustige Kochabende, chillen & Kartenspielen auf dem Balkon oder gemütliche Sonntagsfrühstücke. Unsere Türen sind meistens offen und in der Küche wird gerne mal ein Pläuschchen gehalten.
Die Mitbewohnis:
Anna-Lena (22) studiert an der TU und ich durfte sie als sehr lieben Menschen kennenlernen, mit dem ich gerne zusammengewohnt habe. Sie spielt gerne Gesellschaftspiele oder singt leidenschaftlich Singstar. Du wirst sicher viel Spaß haben, mit ihr zusammen zu wohnen.
Lucas (19) kommt aus Chile, du kannst dich mit ihm wunderbar auf Englisch oder Spanisch unterhalten. Er wird hier voraussichtlich bis Dezember blieben, da dann sein Gap-Year endet und er zurück nach Chile geht (es bleibt also dynamisch).
Die beiden sind sehr entspannte und aufgeschlossene Zeitgenöss*innen, mit denn das WG-Leben wirklich Spaß macht!
The WG has existed in its current composition since the beginning of the year (so there are no rigid structures yet). Anna-Lena moved in February and Lucas in the last month, since I moved in last October, I am so to speak WG granny ;). The life in the WG is harmonious and we all care about a good time together. So it would be nice if you too would like to have a flat share, which is more than just a special purpose flat share. Community activities include fun cooking evenings, chilling & card games on the balcony or cosy Sunday breakfasts. Our doors are usually open and the kitchen is a great place to chat.
The roommates:
Anna-Lena (22) is studying at the TU and I got to know her as a very nice person with whom I enjoyed living together. She likes to play board games or sings passionately Singstar. You will certainly have a lot of fun living with her.
Lucas (19) comes from Chile, you can talk to him wonderfully in English or Spanish. He will probably stay here until December, when his gap year ends and he is going back to Chile (so it remains dynamic).
Zusammenfassung:
Die Wohnung hat alles was mensch braucht, eine Top Lage und ist im Verhältnis wirklich günstig (voraussichtlich 255€ warm inkl. Strom und Internetz). Das WG Leben ist echt entspannt.
Wenn auch du eine entspannte Person bist, die Lust auf WG-Leben hat, dann bist du hier richtig.
Natürlich solltest du einen allgemeinverträglichen Sinn für Ordnung haben. Humor ist auch nicht schlecht:)

To sum it up:
The apartment has everything you need, a top location and is relatively cheap (probably 255€ warm incl. electricity and internet). The WG life is really relaxed.
If you are also a relaxed person who wants to live in a shared flat, then you have come to the right place.
Of course you should have a generally acceptable sense of order. Humour is not bad either:)
