n unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 17 qm groß und hat eine große Fensterfront.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar sehr zentral, ist es trotzdem ruhig und man kann ohne Probleme mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Aus dem Fenster schaust du direkt auf einen kleinen Park und die HTW.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert und frisch gestrichen.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit kompletter Küche, Wasch- und Spülmaschine und hat auch einen Balkon. Das Haus wurde erst vor kurzem komplett neu saniert.
We have a free 17sqm room in our appartment. The room is spacious enough to fit all of your things comfortably and the large windows let a lot of sunlight in.
Even though the appartment is right in the city center it is fairly quiet around and you can sleep at night with an open window without a problem. From your window your looking at a little park and the HTW which is right on the other side of the street.
The room is unfurnished and freshly painted.
The flat is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and it also has a balcony. The building was fully renovated only a few years ago.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die HTW. Der Hauptbahnhof und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die TU ist mit nur 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) Entfernung sehr nahe gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Rewe, Aldi, und Lidl (auch sonntags geöffnet) sind mit 5 min Fußweg nicht weit entfernt. Zum Großen Garten sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten.
The flat is very central, right next to HTW. Dresden mainstation and all public transportation are within 2 minutes walking distance, you will need 10 minutes walking to reach the TU campus. All kinds of supermarkets and other stores (Lidl is even open on Sundays) are very close as well (Lidl is even open on Sundays). The park Großer Garten is also only a few minutes away.
eine neuen Mitbewohner sind Saul und Johanna. Saul lebt seit ca. 5 Jahren in Deutschland, spricht fließend Spanisch und fängt derzeit an, seine Masterarbeit an der TU-Dresden zu schreiben. Ansonsten Kocht er gern und spielt oft Tennis. Johanna beginnt im April ihren Master, auch an der TU. Wenn gerade kein Corona ist spielt sie im Orchester, während Corona hat sie ihre Liebe für Brettspiele entdeckt.
Wir würden uns freuen in einer Gemeinschaft zu leben in der alle Verantwortung übernehmen und in der man sich wohlfühlen kann, was Sauberkeit und Ordnung, aber auch das Zwischenmenschliche angeht. Wir sind keine Party-WG, sondern mögen lieber Koch- oder Spieleabende mit Freunden. Natürlich hat jeder sein eigenes alltägliches Zeug zu erledigen, aber mal zusammen kochen oder sich unterhalten wäre schön. =)

Your new roommates are Saul and Johanna. Saul has been in Germany for 5 years now and is fluent in German and Spanish. He is currently starting his masters thesis and loves to play tennis. Johanna studies and works in Berlin and currently does and internship in Munich. Yet, due to the circumstances she does all of these from home. In spring she will start her masters at TU. Generally, the WG-life is relaxed and calm. We want everyone in the WG to feel comfortable with the cleanliness and with each other. A responsible and teamwork attitude towards the WG chores would be great. We are not a party-WG, but we prefer board game or cooking nights with friends. Of course, everyone is busy with their own everyday life, but cooking together of chatting from time to time would be nice =)
