Ein großes, helles Zimmer zu vermieten in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer hat 26 qm und bietet mit seinen hohen Decken und vielen Fenstern ein luftiges Raumgefühl.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 110qm, zwei Bäder und schöne Altbau-Holztüren. Der Aufzug fährt direkt in die Wohnung. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird: komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, großem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Waschmaschine, WLAN - es ist alles da. Du brauchst also nichts mitbringen. Alles ist in gutem Zustand oder neu. Falls Mal was kaputt geht oder nicht mehr so schön ist kümmere ich mich um Ersatz.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Bis zum Postplatz oder Zwinger sind es 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Wettiner Platz Platz am Kraftwerk Mitte ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ich bin voll berufstätig und lebe hier überwiegend allein. Manchmal sind dann noch meine drei Töchter da (8, 14 und 16 Jahre). Sie haben zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung. Sie sind jedes zweite Wochenende da und einen Abend in der Woche. Von den großen bekommt man nicht besonders viel mit. Nur die Kleine wird dich bestimmt Mal fragen was du so gerade machst :)
Ich selbst bin gerne unter Menschen und habe auch öfter Gäste da. Mich zieht es viel raus und besonders im Sommer gehe ich abends gerne noch Mal zum Wettiner Platz was trinken zum Neumarkt, Altmarkt oder auch in die Neustadt. Vielleicht hast du ja auch mal Lust mitzukommen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Teil- oder voll-möbliert ist aber auch denkbar.
