Suche Nachmieter für mein 20,49 m² großes, helles Zimmer [mit freiem Blick] in Zschertnitz. Es gibt ein eingerichtetes Bad und Küche, Keller und Abstellkammer (insgesamt 63,89 m²) und nen männlichen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung ist zwei Haltestellen von der Uni entfernt (Bus 61). Zur Straßenbahn 11, die in die Neustadt fährt, läuft man ca. 4 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt auch, genauso wie DSL (infocity). Mietkosten (hoher Nebenkostenanteil einkalkuliert!) mit allem drin belaufen sich auf ca. 220,00 Euro. Da es sich beim Vermieter um eine Wohnungsgenossenschaft (WGS) handelt, musste ich Geschäftsanteile (ähnlich Kaution) von knapp 700 Euro hinterlegen. Das ist zwar viel, würde ich aber vom Nachmieter verlangen wollen. Die gibts ja auch zurück. Grundriss und Bilder kann ich auch gern per Email schicken. Einfach anfragen []
