I am renting out my room in a nice shared flat for 2 people, as I will not be in Dresden for the winter semester for an Erasmus stay. The room is furnished and 16 m2 in size.
The kitchen is fully equipped and of course you can use everything, so you don't have to bring anything extra (washing machine and dishwasher available). There is also a cellar compartment where you can safely store your bike.
Although the room is located in the middle of the new town, it is very quiet at night as the room faces the backyard.
Viewings are possible immediately. If a viewing is only possible online, this can also be arranged.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer netten 2er-WG unter, da ich für einen Erasmus-Aufenthalt das Wintersemester nicht in Dresden sein werde. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und 16 m2 groß.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es kann selbstverständlich alles mitbenutzt werden, sodass du nichts extra mitbringen musst (Wasch- und Spülmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt außerdem ein Kellerabteil, wo du evtl. dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kannst.
Obwohl sich das Zimmer mitten in der Neustadt befindet, ist es nachts sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer zum Hinterhof zeigt.
Eine Besichtigung ist ab sofort möglich. Wenn eine Besichtigung bei dir nur online möglich ist, lässt sich das auch einrichten.

The transport connections are very good. The Görlitzer Straße and Bautzner Straße stops are just 5 minutes away.
A Netto and a Rewe are also 5 minutes away. In general, the neighborhood is very lively and there are many great bars and clubs.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. In 5 Minuten ist die Haltestelle Görlitzer Straße und Bautzner Straße zu erreichen.
Ein Netto und ein Rewe sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Generell ist das Viertel sehr belebt und es gibt viele sehr tolle Bars und Clubs.

You'll be living with Richard for half the year. I'm a 4th year medical student and Richard is a 2nd year business informatics student. We're at university or work during the day. Richard is very open and outgoing and always up for a beer in Neustadt. Living together is very relaxed and easy-going. Cleanliness and consideration are important to us, but we are also always open if you want to start something in the shared flat :)

Du wirst das halbe Jahr mit Richard zusammenleben. Ich bin Medizinstudent im 4. und Richard ist Wirtschaftsinformatikstudent im 2. Jahr. Tagsüber sind wir in der Uni oder arbeiten. Richard ist sehr offen und kontaktfreudig und immer für ein Bierchen in der Neustadt zu haben. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und ungezwungen. Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sind uns wichtig, aber wir sind auch immer offen, wenn man etwas in der WG starten möchte :)
