Ich suche eine Frau um eine sehr gemütliche, altmodische aber charmante Wohnung im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt zu teilen.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer: ein freies Zimmer, mein Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Gastzimmer. Das freie Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof, aber es ist immer noch in der Mitte der lebendigsten Gegend in Dresden, so könnte ein bisschen laut sein manchmal, besonders im Sommer. Wir haben auch eine Küche mit einer Badewanne, eine Toilette (im Flur) und einen süßen Garten mit einem Feuerplatz. Wir leben auch mit einer schwarzen einäugigen Katze, die es liebt, zu kuscheln. Sie ist ein bisschen krank, aber immer noch sehr aktiv und kann nervig sein, wenn sie hungrig ist.
BITTE BEACHTE EINIGE WICHTIGE DETAILS über diese charmante, altmodische Wohnung:

I am looking for a woman to share a very cozy, oldfashion but charming flat in the heart of Neustadt in Dresden.
The flat has 4 rooms: a free room, my room, a living room and a guest room. The free room head to the backyard, but it is still in the middle of the most vital area in Dresden, so could be a bit noisy sometimes, specially in the summer. We also have a kitchen with a bathtub (yes), one toilet (in the floor) and a sweet garden with a fireplace. We also live with a black one-eyed cat who loves to cuddle. He is a bit sick but still very active and can be annoying when he is hungry.
Please NOTE SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS about this charming, old-fashion housing:
- free room: ca. 14m2
- The free room is NOT furnished
- there is no Kaution fee
- the toilet is in the corridor on the same floor
- the "bathroom" (bathtub/shower) and sink are in the kitchen (possible to lock the kitchen)
- One room in the flat is used as a guest room
- HEATING WITH COAL STOVES
- the apartment is in the third floor, just accessible via stairs

(DE) Die Louisenstraße ist das Herzstück der Neustadt und eine sehr belebte Straße. Es gibt viele Märkte/Supermärkte, Spätis, Restaurants, Bistros, Banken, Bars, Cafés, Discos, Kinos, Biergärten, Fitnessstudios, etc. in der Nähe des Hauses. Auch zur Straßenbahn oder zum Zug muss man nicht so weit laufen (zwischen 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahn und 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof). Natürlich kann es wegen des Nachtlebens in der Neustadt, besonders in der Louisenstraße, in der Wohnung laut sein (besonders im Sommer).
Das Haus steht ca. 5 Minuten vom Alaunpark und von der Dresdner Heide entfernt. Wenn du also gerne draußen Sport treibst (z.B. joggen) oder einfach nur in der Natur spazieren gehst, hast du immer noch eine gute Gelegenheit. Ich wohne nun schon seit sieben Jahren in der Neustadt und obwohl die Stadtteil sich sehr verändert hat und einige ihrer Eigenschaften verloren hat (und die Preise gestiegen sind), bin ich immer noch ein großer Fan dieses Viertels und habe nicht vor, es bald zu verlassen. Für internationale Menschen/BIPOCs ist die Neustadt definitiv ein guter Ort, an dem man sich ein wenig sicherer fühlen kann (zumindest ist das meine Erfahrung).

(EN) Louisenstraße is quite the heart of Neustadt and it is a very active street. There are many Markets/Supermarkets, Spätis, Restaurants, Bistros, Banks, Bars, Cafés, Discos, Cinemas, Biergartens, Gyms, etc close to the House. Also you do not need to walk so far to take a tram or train (between 2min to tram and 10 minutes to the train station). Of course, because of Neustadt's Night Life, specially the Louisenstraße, it can be noisy in the flat (specially in the summer).
The House is also about 5 minutes away from Alaunpark and from the Dresden's Wood (Dresdner Heide), so if you like doing outside Sports (jogging per example) or simply walking in the Nature, you still have a good opportunity. I have being living in the Neustadt already for seven years and, although it does have changed a lot and lost some of its Characteristics (and increased the price), I am still a bigger fan of this Neighborhood and do not plan to leave it soon. For internationals/BIPOC people, Neustadt is definitely a good place where you can feel a little bit safer (at least it is my experience).

Ich habe ein einfaches Leben hier und mage einige Dinge zusammen zum unternehmen, wie z. B. frühstücken, kochen, Film schauen und manchmal ausgehen. Ich genieße es, ein nettes und warmes WG-Leben zu haben, brauche aber auch persönlichen Raum und einsame Zeit. Ich höre viel Musik und bin manchmal in der Stimmung, Gitarre zu lernen. Freund*innen sind willkommen und manchmal haben wir Freund*innen oder Partner*innen zu Besuch. Ich persönlich befinde mich in einer beschäftige Phase mit der Arbeit und in Moment in meine Freizeit mag ich ehe zu Hause zu entspannten. Aber ja, ich feiere auch gerne, vor allem Frauen-, FLINTA-, LGBT-Partys und einige Bandkonzerte. Du kannst auch die Gesellschaft einer sehr ruhigen Katze genießen, die gerne kuschelt, aber auch nervig sein kann, wenn sie hungrig oder gelangweilt ist.

I enjoy having a nice and warm shared flat life but I also need my personal space and time alone. I listen to a lot of music and am sometimes in the mood to learn the guitar. Friends are welcome and sometimes we have friends or partners over. Personally, I am in a busy phase with work and at the moment in my free time I like to relax at home. But yes, I also like to party, especially women's, FLINTA, LGBT parties and some band concerts. You can also enjoy the company of a very calm cat who likes to cuddle but can also be annoying when hungry or bored.
