Hello everybody,
I spent one year in Düsseldorf in Erasmus program and unfortunately I have to go back in France at the end of July. The room will be available on the 25th of July.
The room is really huge (30 sqm) and bright due to the both windows. It's very pleasant to live there.
The room is unfurnished. You will have just a cupboard (wood door on the picture).
You will share the kitchen with the 4 other flatmates but the bathroom with just an other one.
Between Hauptbahnhof and City centre, in the middle of the Japan town
5 mins walk to Schadowstrasse, 10 mins walk to HeinrichHeineAllee
Tram : Klosterstrasse down the house, Pempleforterstrasse 5 mins walk
Next metro station : Oststrasse or Pempelforterstrasse
Karstadt + Galeria Kaufhof just behind the house
Rewe + Kaisers 5 mins walk
Restaurants
Currently the WG (total 5) is made up of:
- Alexandra: russian, 30, worker
- Maya: worker, currently not in the house for a long period for illness - normally just living in the apartment during the week but mainly leaving for the weekend
- Maëlle: Erasmus French student, 21
- Ilenia: Italian, 30, worker
Unfortunately Maelle and Ilenia are also leaving the house from August so new people will come in; you might bring in your friends if you have any looking for a room starting from Mid July!
Please note that the rooms would be only rented for:
- minimum stay (mandatory) of 1 full year;
- a SCHUFA (request now) Auskunft is requested, if not available, a permanent job contract should be available,
- if students, you might be required to guarantee the income through your parents.
