Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Doppelhauses. Ich bin Mieter der Wohnung und das Zimmer wird von mir untervermietet. Ich wohne selbst im Erdgeschoss und in der 1. Etage. Die sanitären Einrichtungen (Gäste WC und Bad) und die Küche stehen allen WG-Bewohnern zur Verfügung. Die Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 42qm groß und hat trotz des Dachgeschosses eine Vielzahl von Stellwänden. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat nach Osten und Süden Fenster, nach Norden ein Dachfenster und bietet genügend Platz für Wohn-, Arbeits- und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist aktuell teilmöbliert (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und einige Regale). Der Bodenbelag ist Laminat.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den Nachbarorten Neufahrn bzw. in Garching vorhanden. Gemeinsame Einkaufstouren sind am Wochenende möglich.
