the room is at 30sqm the largest in the WG, has a height of about 6sqm below which there is also a walk-in closet. In addition, there are 2 large windows towards the south and is therefore very bright. Since these 2 windows also show to the Municher Straße and thus also to the trams, it is not really quiet here either.
The apartment itself is an old building, located on the 3rd floor and has about 150sqm, large kitchen, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. All rooms are connected by our living room. Unfortunately, there is not really the option to place something in the basement.
A sofa, a desk & a cabinet in the room can be taken over if necessary.

das Zimmer ist mit 30qm das Größte in der WG, hat eine etwa 6qm große Hochebene unter dem sich auch ein begehbarer Schrank befindet. Außerdem gibt es 2 große Fenster Richtung Süden und ist damit sehr hell. Da diese 2 Fenster auch zur Münchener Straße und damit auch zu den Straßenbahnen zeigen, ist es hier auch nicht wirklich ruhig.
Die Wohnung selber ist ein Altbau, befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat etwa 150qm, große Küche, ein großes Bad und ein separates Klo. Verbunden sind alle Zimmer durch unseren Wohnflur. Leider gibt es nicht wirklich die Option etwas im Keller abzustellen.
Altuell befibdet sich noch ein Sofa, ein Schreibtisch & ein Schrank im Zimmer die bei Bedarf übernommen werden können.
If we were to live in a real big city, the situation would probably be called downtown. 5 minutes walk to all S-Bahn trains and almost all underground trains throughout Frankfurt, numerous possibilities for shopping, as well as Späties/Kioske (until sixe morchens) and pubs. Due to the situation, one has to say that one does not find the tranquility of the country.
In general, it must be said that the location in the station quarter naturally has its positive and negative accompanying phenomena.
Wenn wir in einer richtigen Großstadt wohnen würden, würde man die Lage wohl als downtown bezeichnen. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zu allen S-Bahnen und fast allen U-Bahnen in ganz Frankfurt, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, sowie Späties/Kioske (bis sechse morchens) und Kneipen. Durch die Lage bedingt, muss man dazu sagen, dass man hier nicht die Ruhe vom Land findet.
Generell muss gesagt werden, dass die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel natürlich seine positiven wie negativen Begleiterscheinungen hat.
We, Laura, Clara & BAsti are each in work with different legs. It is important to us to live together. We have a cleaning plan, in the fridge everything is (almost) shared and we like ourselves privately and also spend time sleeping together together until together.
That one can be just as simple for oneself here is also a matter of course. In general, however, it remains to be mentioned that we like each other and that is also reflected in living together :)
We currently have an intermediate rental until June, and in July Janika will see it. Janika has another little Miez in his baggage. That should not be a problem. It would be optimal if she had the whole apartment, but if you prefer to have your room, it is not a problem for us :)
Wir, Laura, Clara & BAsti stecken jeweils mit unterschiedlich vielen Beinen im Arbeitsleben. Wichtig ist uns ein geselliges Zusammenleben. Wir haben einen Putzplan, im Kühlschrank wird (fast) alles geteilt und wir mögen uns auch privat und verbringen auch mal die Freizeit miteinander über gemeinsam ausschlafen bis gemeinsam wach bleiben.
Das man hier genauso auch einfach mal für sich sein kann, ist somit ebenso eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Generell bleibt aber zu erwähnen, dass wir uns untereinander mögen und das sich auch im Zusammenleben widerspiegelt :)
Aktuell haben wir bis Juni noch eine Zwischenmiete und im Juli sieht dann noch Janika ein. Janika hat noch eine kleine Miez im Gepäck. Das sollte also kein Problem sein. Optimal wäre natürlich wenn sie die ganze Wohnung hätte aber wenn du dein Zimmer lieber zu hast, ist das auch kein Problem für uns :)
