Wir suchen ausschließlich nach BIPoC
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem selbstverwalteten Studierendenwohnheim, das mit dem Ziel gegründet wurde, international students abseits von eigenen Wohnheimen in das Studierendenleben zu integrieren. Deshalb suchen wir ausdrücklich nach Student*innen.
Das Zimmer ist hell und einladend, es hat ein großes Doppelfenster und ist 12 m² groß. Die Miete sind 295 Euro.
Auf sämtliche Herabsetzungsformen (Sexismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus etc.) haben wir gar keinen Bock.

Um in diesem Haus zu Wohnen musst du notwendig an einer Universität eingeschrieben sein.

We are looking exclusively for BIPoC
The room is located in a self-managed student dormitory, which was founded with the aim of integrating international students into student life away from their own dormitories. Therefore we are explicitly looking for students*.
The room is bright and inviting, it has a large double window and is 12 m². The rent is 295 euros.
We don't tolerate any forms of sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, etc.
We are only looking for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color).
To live in this house you must be enrolled at a university.
To get to know each other we would like to meet on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 8th of August. If you are interested, please let us know on which of these dates you can come.
Von unserem Haus aus sind es circa drei Gehminuten zur nächsten U-Bahn Station "Kirchplatz" (U6+U7+Buslinie 34). Man ist in circa 10 Minuten an der Konstablerwache und auch die Nachtbuslinie fährt über den Kirchplatz. Das Haus ist ganz in der Nähe der Leipziger Straße, wo es viele nette Restaurants gibt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe sind außerdem der Niddapark, Grüneburgpark und der Campus Westend der Goethe-Uni.
From our house it is about a three minute walk to the next subway station "Kirchplatz" (U6+U7+bus line 34). It takes about 10 minutes to get to Konstablerwache and the night bus line also passes Kirchplatz. The house is very close to Leipziger Straße, where there are many nice restaurants and shopping facilities. Nearby are also the Niddapark, Grüneburgpark and the Westend campus of the Goethe University.
Wir, das sind Johanna, Winta, Arie und Henryk, sind eine recht bunte Truppe aus verschiedenen Studienrichtungen (Politikwissenschaft, Theaterwissenschaften, Soziologie, Medizin und Humangeographie). Unsere große Küche lädt ein zu netten Gesprächen, und auch die großzügige Dachterrasse, gleich über unserem Stockwerk ist ein wundervoller Ort um ein bisschen abzuschalten. Wir legen Wert auf ein solidarisches und schönes Miteinander und teilen alle Lebensmittel. Dazu haben wir eine WG Kasse, in die aktuell wöchentlich 35 Euro eingezahlt werden und einen Putzplan. Wir mögen uns alle gerne, machen immer mal wieder was zusammen, hängen zusammen in der Wohnung oder im Viertel in der Kneipe, kochen zusammen etc.
Außerdem findet regelmäßig ein Hausplenum statt, weil wir auch mit den anderen Stockwerken im Haus gut vernetzt sind.
Als selbstorganisiertes Haus gibt es hier viele Möglichkeiten sich einzubringen und zu gestalten, dazu gehört auch dass wir das Haus selbst Sauber halten und kleinere Reparaturen selbst erledigen.
We, that's Johanna, Winta, Arie and Henryk, are a rather colorful group from different fields of study (political science, theater studies, sociology, medicine and human geography). Our big kitchen invites to nice conversations, and also the spacious roof terrace, just above our floor is a wonderful place to switch off a bit. We value a solidary and nice togetherness and share all food. For this purpose, we have a WG cash box, into which 35 euros are currently paid weekly, and a cleaning schedule. We all like each other, do things together from time to time, hang out together in the apartment or in the neighborhood in a bar, cook together, etc..
We also have a house plenum regularly because we are well connected with the other floors in the house.
As a self-organized house, there are many opportunities to get involved and to shape things, including keeping the house clean and doing minor repairs ourselves.
