Unsere Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer: einen Wohn- und Küchenbereich, in dem sich drei Personen bequem aufhalten können, sowie ein Badezimmer. Dein Zimmer hat etwa 16 Quadratmeter und ist rechteckig geschnitten. Es ist mit einem Fenster ausgestattet, durch das viel Licht hereinströmt. Vor allem vormittags und mittags kannst du hier die Sonne genießen. Wir verfügen über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend Platz, das zu gemeinsamen Abenden einlädt. Ein Einzug ist ab dem 15.10. möglich, eventuell sogar schon eine bis zwei Wochen früher.
Die Küche ist ebenso geräumig wie das Wohnzimmer und bietet einen Kühlschrank, einen Esstisch, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Zusätzlich stehen uns ein großer Keller und ein Hof zur Verfügung, wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist bequem per Aufzug erreichbar.

Our apartment has two rooms: a living room and kitchen area, which can comfortably accommodate three people, and a bathroom. Your room has about 16 square meters and is rectangular in shape. It is equipped with a window, through which a lot of light comes in. Especially in the morning and at noon you can enjoy the sun here. We have a cozy living room with enough space that invites you to spend evenings together. It is possible to move in from 15.10., possibly even one or two weeks earlier.
The kitchen is as spacious as the living room and offers a refrigerator, a dining table, a dishwasher and a washing machine. In addition, we have a large cellar and a yard where bicycles can be parked. The apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

The house is located in the beautiful and lively district of Bockenheim, which offers numerous opportunities for eating and drinking. Public transportation is within easy reach: The nearest tram line 17 is just a minute away, and it takes only 8 minutes to the Westbahnhof S-Bahn station (M32, M36, M73). The Bockenheimer Warte (subway) and the popular Leipziger Straße are also a maximum of 15 minutes away. There are numerous shopping facilities nearby, including Rewe (5 min.), Tegut, Lidl and a kiosk around the corner.

Deine potenziellen Mitbewohner sind Benjamin und Giacomo. Benjamin arbeitet im Bereich Compliance. Beide, Benjamin und Giacomo, sind berufstätig in Frankfurt. Das Gespräch mit ihnen gestaltet sich äußerst angenehm, und auch das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr angenehm! Die WG ist sehr entspannt, und jeder respektiert deine Privatsphäre. Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich relativ unkompliziert, und wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig bei anfallenden Aufgaben rund um das Haus.
