The situation of our WG could almost not be better. Within a few minutes you will be on the Leipziger, where you will find everything you need, both at shopping and at cafés, bars and restaurants. However, as we live in a side street, it is pleasantly quiet here during the day.

Connections to the rest of Frankfurt are of course also available: in ~5min you are at the next underground station and from there in a few minutes with the U6/7 on the Zeil or from the Bockenheimer (walking ~10min) almost immediately at the main station with the U4. From the Zeil and at the latest from the main railway station, you can get anywhere in Frankfurt.
Those who like to go jogging will reach the Nidda or Grüneburgpark in 5 minutes (one can also turn a round down to the Main, but then have to jog across the city).
If you have a car, you will always find a parking space in the area. Of course, the parking situation is not grandiose now, but within 3-4 minutes you will always find something.

Die Lage unserer WG könnte fast nicht besser sein. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man auf der Leipziger, auf der es alles gibt, was man so braucht, sowohl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch an Cafés, Bars und Restaurant. Da wir aber in einer Nebenstraße wohnen ist es hier auch tagsüber angenehm ruhig.

Anschlüsse zum Rest nach Frankfurt sind natürlich auch vorhanden: in ~5min ist man an der nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle und von da in ein paar Minuten mit der U6/7 auf der Zeil oder von der Bockenheimer (fußläufig ~10min) fast sofort am Hauptbahnhof mit der U4. Von der Zeil und spätestens vom Hauptbahnhof kommt man dann überall hin in Frankfurt.
Wer gerne joggen geht, erreicht den Nidda- oder Grüneburgpark in 5 Minuten (man kann auch eine Runde runter an den Main drehen, muss dann aber quer durch die Stadt joggen).
Falls du ein Auto hast findet man hier in der Umgebung immer einen Parkplatz. Natürlich ist die Parksituation jetzt nicht grandios, aber innerhalb von 3-4 Gehminuten findet man immer etwas.

To us: We're both quite relaxed about WG life. Since we both study and work by the way, we appreciate having it quiet under the week.

As far as cleaning is concerned, we value cleanliness. We have a cleaning plan that we hold on to and, for example, try to leave the kitchen after cooking as it looked before. Luckily, our dishwasher helps us so that we don't have to wash dishes.

Zu uns: Wir sind beide recht entspannt was das WG-Leben angeht. Da wir beide studieren und nebenbei arbeiten, schätzen wir es, es unter der Woche ruhig zu haben.

Was Putzen angeht: wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Wir haben Putzplan, an den wir uns halten, und versuchen bspw. die Küche nach dem kochen so zu hinterlassen, wie wie sie vorher aussah. Zum Glück hilft uns unsere Spülmaschine, sodass wir schonmal kein Geschirr abwaschen müssen.

The room can be rented in due time. The total rental is 475 euros in it all costs (next costs, electricity, telephone, internet, GEZ).

For my bed, desk and shelves I demand a discount of 250 Euro (VHB).

The room is free from 08.06. but can be purchased flexibly up to 30.06.

Einen eigenen Waschtrockner haben wir in der Wohnung.

Das Zimmer kann befristet gemietet werden. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 475 Euro darin sind alle Kosten (Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon, Internet, GEZ) enthalten.

Für mein Bett, Schreibtisch und Regale verlange ich einen Abschlag von 250 Euro (VHB).

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 08.06. frei, kann aber flexibel bis zum 30.06. bezogen werden.
