We are a 4 WG in the 1st and 2nd floor and a 3 WG in the ground floor in a detached house in Neu-Isenburg. We have two furnished WG rooms 6 and 7 in the Hochparterre and 1 furnished WG room 4 in the 1.OG timely to rent. The WG room 7 has its own exit to the garden.
All WG rooms are furnished with wardrobe, bed, desk and chair in an EFH with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, washing machine, with large terrace and large garden. Das EFH ist in Neu-Isenburg mit sehr guten Anschlüssen mit Bus, S-Bahn und Strassenbahn in die Innenstadt Frankfurt in 20 Minuten und mit Busdirektanschluss zum Flughafen Frankfurt in 15 Minuten. Die 2 EBK sind inclusiv Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet. Dazu gehören 2 Bäder mit Vollbadewanne.
200 m entfernt ist der Sportpark mit Hallenbad, Freibad und diversen Sportmöglichkeiten. Ebenso sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z. B. REWE in 300 Meter und auch das Isenburger Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In unserer WG wohnen Flugbegleiterin, Angestellte, Praktikanten und Studenten. Wir bitten um Nichtraucherin/Nichtraucher, rauchen ist im Hause nicht erlaubt. Direkt vor dem Haus sind sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Online-Besichtigung ist auch möglich. Willkommen in unserer WG.
