Hello:) ab September 2021-Januar 2022 wird mein Zimmmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Da wir ein Studiwohnheim sind:

Das Zimmer ist klein aber Fein. Durch die Hochebene ist genug Platz. Und es gibt sogar ein zweites Fenster auf Höhe des Hochbettes und Zugang zum Balkon
Wir haben eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und zwei Bäder. Außerdem eine Dachterasse, einen Gemeinschaftsraum im Keller, einen Garten und Parkplätze, die wir uns mit den anderen 3 Stockwerken teilen.
The room is small but cozy. There is enough space because of the loft bed. And there is even a second window at the level of the loft bed and you have access to the balcony from either the room or the kitchen.
The kitchen is very big and we have two bathrooms. In addition there is a terrace, a common room in the basement, a garden and parking spaces that we share with the other 3 floors.
Unser Haus liegt in Bockenheim, hier findest du alles was du brauchst. Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl 5 Minuten Fußläufig. Die Leipzigerstraße mit vielen Cafés und Restaurant liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
zum Kirchplatzt (U6/U7, 34) sind es 3 Minuten. Zum Westbahnhof (diverse S-Bahnen) ca. 10 min.
Zur Uni und zur Fh sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit den Öffis aber auch mit dem Fahrrad nicht viel länger. Generell kannst du von hier aus auch gut alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Our house is located in Bockenheim, here you will find everything you need. Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl (popular german supermarkets) 5 minutes by foot. Leipzigerstrasse with many cafés and restaurants is just around the corner.
To get to The Metrostation it´s 3 minutes walk to Kirchplatz (U6 / U7, 34) and approx.10 min. walk to Westbahnhof (various S-Bahn).
It takes about 20 minutes by public transport to the university and the Fh. Not much longer by bike. In general, you can easily reach everything from here by bike.
Neben der tollen Lage und dem tollen Haus ist das WG-Leben das aller schönste an der Friesengasse.
In der WG bleiben Anne, Vallo, Hao, Jonas und Siri. Wir treffen uns gerne zu Spieleabenden, einem Bierchen, zum Frühstück, zum Mittagessen, zum Abendessen oder einfach mal so in der Küche. Wir gehen auch gerne mal was trinken/Essen in irgendeinem schönen Restaurant/ Kneipe. Wenn man mal für sich sein möchte, ist das aber auch kein Problem. Manchmal sehen wir uns auch tagelang nicht weil bei allen viel los ist.
Auch mit den anderen Stockwerken verstehen wir uns sehr gut. Mehr oder weniger regelmäßig treffen wir uns zu Hausplena mit allen Stockwerken.
In addition to the great location and the great house, the living together is the best about living here.
Anne, Vallo, Hao, Jonas and Siri will stay in the apartment. We like to meet for a beer, for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, for games or just to hang out in the kitchen.
But it´s no problem If you want to be by yourself sometimes. Sometimes we don't see each other for days because there is a lot going on for everyone.
We also get along very well with the other floors. We meet more or less regularly at the housemeetings with all floors.
