Die Wohnung wurde vor 10 Jahren von einer Gruppe von Künstler*innen gegründet, mit der Absicht, zusammen zu leben und ihre Arbeit zu produzieren.
Die Miete beträgt 509 € pro Monat. Die WG ist sehr nah an der U7 & U4 (nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß).

the WG is very close to U7 & U4 (only 5 Minutes walking). It has a big Kaufland nearby where you can get everything you need and also a nice forest just 5 minutes walking.

Die WG ist sehr nah an der U7 & U4 (nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß). In der Nähe gibt es ein großes Kaufland, wo du alles Notwendige bekommen kannst, und auch einen schönen Wald, der nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.
two dancers, a Philosophy student and a musician are living in the WG right now. They are nice and friendly and open to talk about the needs of the flat.

In der WG leben derzeit zwei Tänzerinnen, eine Philosophie-Student und ein Musiker. Sie sind nett, freundlich und offen für Gespräche über die Bedürfnisse der Wohnung.
