Aufgrund meines berufsbezogenen Umzugs ist mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG ab 01.10.22 zu haben (etwas früher wäre auch möglich). Das Zimmer kostet alles in allem 560 €/Monat. Das Zimmer ist 25 m² groß.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Flur mit Esstisch und Sofa, einer vollständig ausgerüsteten Küche (Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle und allen möglichen Utensilien) und einem Bad mit Wanne. Das Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flurs und hat jeweils ein Fenster zur Straße und ein Fenster in den ruhigen, grünen Hinterhof.

Due to my job-related move, my room in a 3-person shared apartment is available from 01.10.22. The room costs all in all 560 € / month. The room is 25 m².
The apartment consists of a large hallway with dining table and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, stove, microwave and all kinds of utensils) and a bathroom with tub. The room is located at the end of the hallway and each has a window to the street and a window to the quiet, green backyard.
Zentrale Lage in Frankfurt in Ostend mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, direkt(!) bei der U7-Bahnhaltestelle "Habsburgerallee" (wo auch der Bus 32 abfährt), 2 Stationen von der Konstablerwache. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Dominos-Pizza und Bäcker Eifler, um die Ecke - ein großer REWE und ein weiterer Bäcker.

Central location in Frankfurt in Ostend with very goodtransport links, directly(!) at the U7 train stop "Habsburgerallee" (where the bus 32 also leaves), 2 stops from Konstablerwache. Directly in front of the door are Dominos-Pizza and Bäcker Eifler, around the corner - a large REWE and another bakery.
Es ist keine Party-WG. Deine Mitbewohner heißen Kristina und Gia-Danh, die beiden sind berufstätig, ruhig, sauber und nett. Kristina arbeitet in Unternehmensberatung und nebenberuflich als Fitness Trainerin, Gia-Danh - als ITler. Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt, jeder hat seinen Bereich und respektiert die anderen.
Nichtsdestotrotz sind die beiden für gemeinsame Aktivitäten unter der Woche oder auch am Wochenende offen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und die Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig. Keine Raucher!

It is not a party flat share. Your roommates are Kristina and Gia-Danh, they are professionals, quiet, clean and nice. Kristina works in management consulting and part-time as a fitness trainer, Gia-Danh - as an IT specialist. The WG life is very relaxed, everyone has their area and respects the others.
Nevertheless, they are open for joint activities during the week or even on weekends. We have a cleaning schedule and cleanliness is important to us. No smokers!
