The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the Gallus quarter of Frankfurt, nestled in a quiet courtyard, away from street noise and hectic. Directly in front of the exit to the courtyard is the tram and bus stop “Galluspark” where the lines 14 and 52 turn. Just about a three-minute walk you can reach the stop “Schwabstraße” with the additional tram lines 11 and 21.

The S-Bahn station “Galluswarte” can be reached either in two tram stations or about eight minutes on foot. Here the S-Bahn lines S3, S4, S5 and S6 drive in the minute cycle. Frankfurt Main Station is only one station away and is therefore easily accessible in no time – perfect for those who want to be flexible in the city or in the surrounding area.

Shops are nearby: Right next to the courtyard lies the international supermarket “InterMarkt”. In a few minutes' walk you will also get a big rewe, a large aldi, a large lidl, a smaller penny, Rossmann and numerous food offers – ideal for everyday needs.

The WG is located on the third floor, accessible via a spacious elevator or a wide staircase – even larger furniture can be easily transported.

Further distances: The main railway station can be reached in about 22 minutes on foot or in about eight minutes by tram (lines 14, 11 and 21). The Goethe University is about 15 minutes away, also easily accessible by public transport.

For navigation through public transport, we recommend using the RMV or DB app, as Google Maps does not always display all connections completely.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage im Frankfurter Gallusviertel, eingebettet in einen verkehrsberuhigten Innenhof – abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Direkt vor dem Ausgang zum Innenhof liegt die Tram- und Bushaltestelle „Galluspark“, an der die Linien 14 und 52 verkehren. Nur etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt erreichst du die Haltestelle „Schwabstraße“ mit den zusätzlichen Tramlinien 11 und 21.

Die S-Bahn-Station „Galluswarte“ ist entweder in zwei Tramstationen oder etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier fahren im Minutentakt die S-Bahnlinien S3, S4, S5 und S6. Der Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist nur eine Station entfernt und somit bequem in kürzester Zeit erreichbar – perfekt für alle, die flexibel in der Stadt oder im Umland unterwegs sein möchten.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Direkt neben dem Innenhof liegt der internationale Supermarkt „InterMarkt“. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichst du außerdem einen großen Rewe, einen großen Aldi, einen großen Lidl, einen kleineren Penny, Rossmann sowie zahlreiche Essensangebote – ideal für den täglichen Bedarf.

Die WG befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss, erreichbar über einen geräumigen Aufzug oder eine breite Treppe – auch größere Möbel lassen sich problemlos transportieren.

Weitere Distanzen: Der Hauptbahnhof ist entweder in etwa 22 Minuten fußläufig oder in rund acht Minuten mit der Straßenbahn (Linien 14, 11 und 21) erreichbar. Die Goethe-Universität liegt etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, ebenfalls bequem erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Für die Navigation durch den öffentlichen Nahverkehr empfehlen wir die Nutzung der RMV- oder DB-App, da Google Maps nicht immer alle Verbindungen vollständig anzeigt.

Jack and Edgar are currently living in our WG. Jack works as a user experience designer at Lufthansa at Gateway Gardens Airport, Edgar is active in the International Social Work at Frankfurt am Main. Now we have a nice room and we look forward to finding a new roommate or a new roommate.

In unserer WG wohnen aktuell Jack und Edgar. Jack arbeitet als User Experience Designer bei der Lufthansa am Flughafen Gateway Gardens, Edgar ist in der Internationalen Sozialen Arbeit bei der Stadt Frankfurt am Main tätig. Nun wird bei uns ein schönes Zimmer frei, und wir freuen uns darauf, eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner zu finden.

Wir sind eine offene, freundliche WG, in der jeder so viel Privatsphäre bekommt, wie er möchte – und gleichzeitig ist immer Raum für Austausch und gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Bei Bedarf kannst du optional einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage anmieten. Die monatliche Miete beträgt circa 150 €. Der Mietvertrag für einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist in der Regel monatlich kündbar, möglicherweise besteht jedoch eine anfängliche Mindestmietdauer (abhängig von der aktuellen Verfügbarkeit). Sprich uns dazu einfach an. Alternativ kannst du dein Auto auch problemlos in der Umgebung parken: Im Viertel gibt es kein Anwohnerparken, sodass in der Regel ausreichend freie Parkplätze, zum Beispiel am Galluspark, zur Verfügung stehen.

Your Room
The fully furnished room is about 11 m² in size and offers everything you need to feel comfortable right from the start. It is equipped with a cozy queen-size bed (140 × 200 cm) with an ergonomic mattress, fresh bedding, pillows, and covers. Large windows with fully automated blinds make the room bright and welcoming while allowing you to darken it completely whenever you wish. You will also have a spacious wardrobe, an additional clothes rail, and a desk with a lamp and chair – perfect for working or studying. The underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth without any disturbing radiators. Your window overlooks a quiet, traffic-calmed residential courtyard, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

The room is available with a sublease contract, either fixed-term or open-ended, depending on your needs. The deposit is three months’ rent (negotiable upon request).

The Apartment
The apartment is located on the third floor of a four-story building and is accessible via a wide staircase or a spacious elevator – perfect even if you are moving with larger luggage or furniture.

You will share a large living room with a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, string lights, and a projector screen. From the living room, you can access the large balcony facing the peaceful courtyard, furnished with a table, chairs, and a privacy screen. Three drying racks are available for shared use.

The apartment offers two modern bathrooms:

A daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, underfloor heating, and a storage shelf.

A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and underfloor heating.

There is also a storage room equipped with shelves, a Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner, and an ironing device.

In addition, a shared cellar, a bicycle storage room, a waste disposal room, and an underground garage are available.
We have a modern washing machine and a modern dryer for your convenience. The property management takes care of the stairwell cleaning, gardening, and waste collection – you don't need to move bins to the street yourself.

The Location
The apartment is situated in a quiet, traffic-calmed courtyard in the popular Gallus district of Frankfurt. Despite the calm surroundings, public transport connections are excellent.

Right outside the courtyard entrance, you will find the tram and bus stop "Galluspark" (lines 14 and 52). Just a three-minute walk away is the "Schwabstraße" stop, served by tram lines 11 and 21.
The "Galluswarte" S-Bahn station is only two stops or about an 8-minute walk away. Here you can catch the S3, S4, S5, and S6 trains, running every few minutes. Frankfurt Central Station is just one stop away, offering perfect connections to the entire city and beyond.

You’ll also find a wide range of shops and supermarkets nearby: the international supermarket "InterMarkt" is right next to the courtyard. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach a large Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rossmann, and many great restaurants and food spots.

Parking is straightforward: the area does not require a resident parking permit, and free parking is generally available nearby, such as at Galluspark. If needed, you can also rent a private parking space in the underground garage (approx. €150/month, depending on availability and minimum rental duration).

For the best information on public transport, we recommend using the RMV or Deutsche Bahn app rather than Google Maps, as it may not show all tram connections accurately.

The Flatshare (WG) Life
You will share the apartment with Jack and Edgar. Jack works as a User Experience Designer for Lufthansa at Frankfurt Airport Gateway Gardens, and Edgar is involved in International Social Work for the City of Frankfurt.

We are a friendly and open-minded flatshare, where everyone enjoys their privacy but also values spending time together when it fits. We like to go for walks by the river, explore Frankfurt together, enjoy evenings with a good glass of wine, or have movie nights, game nights, or spontaneous trips to events and festivals.

Living together is important to us, and we enjoy a good balance between private space and social life. You’ll find an easy-going, supportive atmosphere here – a real home away from home.
