I give my beautiful room in our 3rd WG in the heart of Frankfurt city centre. The apartment is a total of 85 m2 and offers everything you want: a cozy kitchen with fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a hallway, a storage room and even a balcony.
The house was built in 2023 and is therefore modern – including large elevator, basement compartment and bicycle cellar.
My room is 16 m2 and has a private balcony (approx. 3 m2), which is oriented south. This means a lot of daylight and sun! Nevertheless, it remains pleasantly cool in summer thanks to the modern ventilation system.

Schweren Herzens gebe ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG mitten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt ab. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 85 m² groß und bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Einbauküche, drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, einen Flur, eine Abstellkammer und sogar einen Balkon.
Das Haus wurde erst 2023 gebaut und ist dementsprechend modern – inklusive großem Aufzug, Kellerabteil und Fahrradkeller.
Mein Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon (ca. 3 m²), der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. Das bedeutet: jede Menge Tageslicht und Sonne! Trotzdem bleibt es im Sommer dank des modernen Lüftungssystems angenehm kühl.
The apartment is centrally located in Albusstraße – directly parallel to Zeil. In just a few steps you are at the Konstablerwache and really have everything right in front of the door: shopping, cafes, restaurants and of course top connection to all public transport.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Albusstraße – direkt parallel zur Zeil. In nur ein paar Schritten bist du an der Konstablerwache und hast wirklich alles direkt vor der Tür: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und natürlich top Anbindung an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
In the WG, everyone is employed, so preference is given to looking for someone who is also in professional life. Living together is totally relaxed – everyone has its retreat, but if you like it, it’s going to cook together, chat in the kitchen or on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer or do something together. A beautiful mix of privacy and cozy WG life so.
In der WG sind alle berufstätig, deshalb wird bevorzugt jemand gesucht, der ebenfalls im Berufsleben steht. Das Zusammenleben ist total entspannt – jeder hat seinen Rückzugsraum, aber wenn man Lust hat, wird’s auch mal gesellig: zusammen kochen, abends in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier quatschen oder auch mal gemeinsam was unternehmen. Eine schöne Mischung aus Privatsphäre und gemütlichem WG-Leben also.
