Your room is the largest in the apartment with 22m2, well cut and very spacious. It is rented unmatched, but you could take over a chest of drawers, a shelf and a desk.
We have 2 balconies in the apartment, which are adjacent to our two rooms but will be used jointly by agreement!
IMPORTANT: We all have to move out in March, because the house is remedied, please write only if this is not a problem for you

Dein Zimmer ist das Größte in der Wohnung mit 22m2, gut geschnitten und sehr geräumig. Es wird unmöbeliert vermietet, jedoch könntest du eine Kommode, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch übernehmen.
Wir haben 2 Balkone in der Wohnung, die an unseren beiden Zimmern grenzen aber jedoch nach Absprache gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden!
WICHTIG: Wir müssen alle im März ausziehen, weil das Haus kernsaniert wird, bitte schreib nur, wenn das für dich kein Problem darstellt

Wir wohnen direkt am Main, 5 gehminuten zu Aldi, 7 zur Konsti und 3 zur Bushaltestelle „Schöne Aussicht“! Innerhalb von 20 Minuten kommst du zum Campus Westend :)

Letitia is 23, studies cultural anthropology and European ethnology and sociology at Goethe and works alongside (very much) as a bartender, otherwise she is much on the go and enjoys shooting photos in her spare time. She's very night-active, she's also thinking she's listening to music late in the evening or watching TV. If the Kappas are there, you can see letitia on the dance floor. Your evening joint is ritual, also in the company of the cohabitation.
Isabella is 23 years old and works as a bartender, otherwise she likes to go to the gym in her spare time, to the flea market and likes to drink good coffee.
She likes to be among people and, of course, on the dance floor.
Let's do it in the morning.
It is important here that we often come home to nightstands, and we also talk to each other in the living room.
Ideally, you don't have too easy sleep and nothing else. Especially in the living room, this should not be a problem for you.
Cleanliness is also important to us and therefore you should not be a full chaot*in!

Sie ist sehr Nachtaktiv, kommt auch mal vor, dass sie spät Abends Musik hört oder TV schaut. Wenn die Kappas da sind, dann siehst du letitia gerne mal auf dem Dancefloor. Ihr abendlicher Joint ist Ritual , gerne auch in Gesellschaft der Mitbewohnis.
Isabella ist 23, studiert Förderschullehramt an der Goethe und arbeitet auch als Barkeeperin, ansonsten geht sie in ihrer Freizeit gerne ins Gym, auf den Flohmarkt und trinkt gerne mal guten Kaffee.
Sie ist gerne unter Leuten und natürlich auch gerne auf dem Dancefloor.
Mal nachtaktiv, mal morgenmensch.
Wichtig ist hierbei, dass wir oft zu Nachtstund nach Hause kommen und uns dabei auch mal danch im Wohnzimmer verquatschen.
Im Idealfall hast du also keinen zu leichten schlaf und auch nichts dagegen. Gekifft wird vor allem im Wohnzimmer, weshalb das für dich auch kein Problem darstellen sollte.
Uns ist Sauberkeit auch wichtig und deshalb solltest du auch kein*e Vollchaot*in sein!
