Hallo und guten Tag ;-)
bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei (Nähe Merianplatz, Herderstraße). Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und möbliert. Die 4-Zimmer-Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (5. Stock) eines Mehrfamilienhauses (kein Aufzug). Es gibt im Keller einen Abstellraum für die Fahrräder.
Wir teilen uns ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Dusche und Gäste-WC sowie eine kleine Dachterasse.
Die Miete beträgt 550,- € inkl. NK (Strom und Internet etc.), hinzu kommt noch TV Gebühr (Rundfunkbeitrag GEZ) und wir teilen uns die Kosten für unsere Putzhilfe (10,- €/Woche/Person).

1 room will be available in a 3-room flat in Herderstraße (Merianplatz). The flat is on the last floor of a 5-storey building (no elevator). The building has a collective storage room for bikes.
You would be sharing a living-room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet) and a second toilet. The flat has a small terrace and washing machine.
About the room: 550,- monthly rental incl. property expenses (Internet and electricity etc.), additional TV tax (Rundfunkbeitrag) and you will also share the cost of a cleaner (10€/week/pers.).

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße - Nähe Merianplatz (2 Minuten zu Fuß).
Auf der Berger Straße gibt es viele Geschäfte. Hier findest du alles, was du zum Leben brauchst (Penny, Basic Bioladen, Sparkasse...), Restaurants und Bars.
Die Konstablerwache (City) ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (oder 3 Minuten mit der U4).

On the Bergerstraße, you can basically find everything you need.
There are plenty of shops (Penny, Basic Bioladen, Sparkasse...), restaurants and bars.

Leider verlässt uns eine Mitbewohnerin, da sie kurzfristig einen Job im Ausland angeboten bekommen hat.
Die WG teilst du mit zwei tollen Menschen: Martial 29 und Sabrina 24.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Wir suchen eine_n nette_n Mitbewohner_in, der genau so unkompliziert ist wie wir ;-)
Wir essen ab und an zusammen, haben aber auch genug Zeit für uns alleine.
