Zimmer mit Empore mit 1 m bis zur Decke (Altbau, hohe Decken). Empore bleibt drin, genauso wie das Regal, das gleichzeitig eine Treppe ist (auch im betrunkensten Zustand ist noch keiner runtergefallen, auch wenn alle was anderes denken), kann aber auch abmontiert werden…
Aldi und Rewe sind direkt an der Ecke, DM und weitere Supermärkte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Pizzeria. Die Wohnung liegt im Nordend, wo du viele Restaurants, Cafés und Eisdielen um dich herum hast. Die Haltestelle Glauburgstr. ist direkt an der Ecke und mit der U5 fährt man 5 Minuten bis zur Konstablerwache und 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Im Haus wohnen viele Studenten (fast nur WGs).
Ich ziehe um und muss schweren Herzens unsere 3er-WG verlassen. Freya (20) studiert Medizin und hat die WG damals mit mir gegründet. Freya ist lustig, gesellig und ist die sauberste Person in unserer WG :-)
Als WG haben wir ab und zu zusammen gekocht oder mal eine WG-Party gemacht. Auch sonst haben wir uns immer gut verstanden und viel außerhalb der WG zusammen gemacht.
Das dritte Zimmer wird auch frei ist aber wahrscheinlich schon vergeben
Altbauwohnung, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großes Bad mit Dusch/Badewanne, Skylineblick. In nem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Frankfurt.
