Wir befinden uns in der Nähe der EZB, es ist sozusagen eine Seitenstraße von der Hanauerlandstraße. Komischerweise ruhig für eine so zentral gelegene Wohnung, die sich im 4 OG befindet. Also man sollte sportlich sein und Lust haben nach 8 Std. Arbeit oder Uni die Stufen zu steigen. Dafür hat man bessere Luft und weniger Lärm.

Das Ostend war ehemals eine Hafenanlage, mit Güterschiffen und Schienennetz, die EZB eine Großmarkthalle in der verschiedenen Waren gehandelt wurden. In den letzten 15 Jahren ist hier ein neuer Stadtteil Frankfurts entstanden, der aus einer urbanen Landschaft besteht, die von von Altbau-Arbeiterwohnungen bis Platten-Neubau geprägt ist.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung während ich außerhalb Frankfurts arbeite. Zurzeit leben Dora und Laura in der WG. Sie studieren und arbeiten. Mit Ihnen würde ich dich connecten.
In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.
Es ist keine Party WG oder Haus. Es sind Studierende und jungen Familien anzutreffen.

Wir haben zwei große Kellerräume:
Einen im Garten, in dem wir Wäsche waschen und Fahrräder reparieren können.
Der andere befindet sich im Keller des Hauses und kann vielseitig genutzt werden.

Das Zimmer kann für 1 Jahr, 6 Monate oder 3 Monate gemietet werden.
