Hallo,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG im Sachsenhausen für 3 Monate (im September - November), weil ich eine Auslandsemester im Paris habe.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock eines in den 50ieger gebauten Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hell und ist an einer Seite mit einer Dachschräge versehen, was eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Insgesamt besitzt die Wohnung 6 ZI, eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad, eine separate Toilette und eine Essecke mit großem Tisch, die zum gemeinsamen essen, einem Glas Wein, zum plauschen,..., einlädt. Es gibt auch eine Waschemaschine.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal: Die Buslinien 30/36 liegen direkt vor der Haustür; S Bahn, Straßenbahn 14,15,16,18, U 1,2,3,8,9 sind in 5-10 Min Fußweg (Lokalbahnhof, Südbahnhof, Schweizer Platz) zu erreichen. REWE, Alnatura, dm, ALDI, Norma, Apotheken, Metzger, Bäcker, usw. bieten vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unterschiedliche Lokale und Kneipen sind in Fußnähe erreichbar. Der Main lädt zu (ausgedehnten) Spaziergängen, zum Picknick oder zum Chillen ein.

I'm renting my room in a 4-person shared flat in Sachsenhausen for a month (in January) because I'm going back to my home country.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of an apartment building built in the 1950s. The room is 20 square meters in size, bright and has a sloping ceiling on one side, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. Overall, the apartment has 6 ZI, a small kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a dining area with a large table that invites you to eat together, have a glass of wine, chat,... There is also a washing machine.
The transport connection is optimal: the bus lines 30/36 are right outside the front door; S Bahn, tram 14,15,16,18, U 1,2,3,8,9 can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot (local train station, south train station, Schweizer Platz). REWE, Alnatura, dm, ALDI, Norma, pharmacies, butchers, bakers, etc. offer a variety of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Various restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.
