[EN] I am looking for a flatmate for a cosy 18m² room in a beautiful 68m² maisonette flat in Gallus: The flat has a huge kitchen with dining space, living room, a balcony with a view of the Frankfurt skyline, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms. The kitchen is completely equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a basement storage room and washing room with a private washing machine. The apartment is a maisonette and the bedrooms are on the third floor which also happens to be the topmost floor of the building. The offer is for a cosy, L shaped room with sloping roofs, that gets sunlight throughout the day. Furniture like the bed, cupboard, mirror, etc. can be taken over from the current flatmate. As my flatmate and I have bought all the furniture and appliances (sofa, dish washer, washing machine, kitchen, etc.), she finds a price of €800 fair (negotiable). The rent would be €650 warm (+/- ca. 5% tbd before contract signature) incl. costs like electricity, wifi and Rundfunk contributions.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Balkon mit Skylineblick und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Küche hat alle möglichen Geräte wie Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten gibt es einen Keller und eine Waschküche mit privater Waschmaschine. Die zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss). Das Angebot ist für ein gemütliches L-förmiges Zimmer mit Dachschrägen und Tageslicht. Die Möbel wie Bett, Schrank und Spiegel kann von der aktuellen Mitbewohnerin übernommen werden. Da meine Mitbewohnerin die Möbel und Geräte in der Wohnung mitgekauft hat (Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw.), findet sie 800€ einen angemessenen Übernahmepreis (verhandelbar). Die Warmmiete ist 650€ (+/- ca. 5% noch vor Vertragsunterschreibung genau zu ermitteln) und beinhaltet alle möglichen Kosten wie GEZ, Internet und Strom.
[EN] The apartment is located in Erbaustraße in Gallus. The tram station Wickererstraße (Lines 11, 14 und 21) is around the corner (1 minute walking). The S-Bahn station Galluswarte is less than 5 minutes away (2 stops with the tram). There is an Aldi and a Packstation 200 meters away from the apartment. There are also few restaurants, a gas station and a pharmacy, all within 5 minutes of walking distance. 10 minutes away on foot is also the beautiful Rebstock Park which is perfect for an evening walk.
[DE] Das Haus befindet sich in der Erbbaustrasse im Gallus. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wickererstraße (Linien 11, 14 und 21) ist gleich um die Ecke (1 Minute zu Fuß). Die S-Bahn-Station Galluswarte ist 5 Minuten (2 S-Bahn-Stops) entfernt. Nur 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt befinden sich Aldi und eine Packstation. Ein paar Restaurants, eine Tankstelle, eine Apotheke sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für ein wunderschönen Abendspaziergang findest du auch den Rebstock-Park, der 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

Als IT-Beraterin arbeite ich normalerweise von zu Hause aus. Ich bin unkompliziert, sauber und wünsche mir ein freundliches WG-Leben. Ich suche eine Person, die ebenfalls sauber, freundlich und entspannt ist. is flexible from 15.05 to 01.06. Preferably, I would like someone who wants an open ended contract but a limited contract could also be considered.
[DE] Bitte beachte, dass ich nach einer Mieterin suche, da es sich um eine Frauen-WG handelt. Außerdem solltest du bereit sein, die Möbel für 800€ (verhandelbar) zu übernehmen. Ich bin flexibel mit dem Beginn der Miete - das Zimmer ist im Grunde ab Mitte April frei.
So kann der Mietstart zwischen dem 15.05. und 01.06 flexibel gestaltet werden. Idealerweise suche ich eine unbefristete Mieterin, bin aber auch offen für befristete Bewerberinnen.
