[EN] The apartment is located in Erbaustraße in Gallus. The tram station Wickererstraße (Lines 11, 14 und 21) is around the corner (1 minute walking). The S-Bahn station Galluswarte is less than 5 minutes away (2 stops with the tram). There is an Aldi and a Packstation 200 meters away from the apartment. There are also few restaurants, a gas station and a pharmacy, all within 5 minutes of walking distance. 10 minutes away on foot is also the beautiful Rebstock Park which is perfect for an evening walk.

[DE] Das Haus befindet sich in der Erbbaustrasse im Gallus. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wickererstraße (Linien 11, 14 und 21) ist gleich um die Ecke (1 Minute zu Fuß). Die S-Bahn-Station Galluswarte ist 5 Minuten (2 S-Bahn-Stops) entfernt. Nur 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt befinden sich Aldi und eine Packstation. Ein paar Restaurants, eine Tankstelle, eine Apotheke sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für ein wunderschönen Abendspaziergang findest du auch den Rebstock-Park, der 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

[EN] Please note that I am looking only for women as a potential flatmate. You should be willing to take over the furnishing costs from the current flatmate at €800 (negotiable). The start date of the contract
is flexible from 15.05 to 01.06. Preferably, I would like someone who wants an open ended contract but a limited contract could also be considered.

[DE] Bitte beachte, dass ich nach einer Mieterin suche, da es sich um eine Frauen-WG handelt. Außerdem solltest du bereit sein, die Möbel für 800€ (verhandelbar) zu übernehmen. Ich bin flexibel mit dem Beginn der Miete - das Zimmer ist im Grunde ab Mitte April frei.
So kann der Mietstart zwischen dem 15.05. und 01.06 flexibel gestaltet werden. Idealerweise suche ich eine unbefristete Mieterin, bin aber auch offen für befristete Bewerberinnen.
