I'm looking for a renter as my room will be released from 01.06. It is 13 m2 and is rented furnished. The room is located on the top floor of the terraced house, i.e. from my room you have a good view of beautiful sunsets.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, electric stove and washing machine.
If you travel by bike, you can park it in the garage in the backyard.
Ich suche eine Nachmieterin, da mein Zimmer ab dem 01.06. frei wird. Es ist 13 m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Das Zimmer befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Reihenhauses, d. h. von meinem Zimmer hat man einen guten Blick auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Küche ist mit Ofen, Elektroherd und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Wer mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, kann dieses in der Garage im Hinterhof abstellen.
The nearest stop to the train and bus is Scherrerplatz and is a 3-minute walk from WG. The next shopping facilities are net and Lidl, which are about 7 minutes walk away.
In the vicinity of the WG there are also some bakeries, an ice cream parlour, an indoor swimming pool, a savings bank and a kebap snack.
A cozy walk along the stream leads to Dietenbachsee in half an hour.
Who is there by car has good parking facilities near the WG.
To the old town, it is only 9 minutes away by tram.
Die nächste Haltestelle zur Bahn und Bus ist Scherrerplatz und befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von der WG entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Netto und Lidl, die ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegen.
In der Nähe der WG gibt es zusätzlich paar Bäckereien, eine Eisdiele, ein Hallenbad, eine Sparkasse sowie einen Kebap Imbiss.
Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang am Bach entlang führt in einer halben Stunde zum Dietenbachsee.
Wer mit dem Auto da ist, hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der WG.
Richtung Altstadt ist es mit der Straßenbahn 5 nur 9 Minuten entfernt.
The landlord Sofian lives in the WG. He is over 60 years old, likes to travel and is particularly interested in other cultures. He speaks German and French.

Zur Zeit wird eine dritte Mitbewohnerin für das andere Zimmer gesucht. Bisher entsprach die WG einer Zweck WG, dennoch konnte man sich abends ab und zu in der Küche beim Abendessen mit den anderen gut unterhalten.
Es gibt außerdem einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Für Sofian ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG wichtig.
Gesucht wird eine Frau bzw. Studentin, die langfristig für mindestens 1 Jahr zur Miete in der WG bleiben möchte.

Visits are now possible. The best would be weekends or under the week evening from about 6 pm.
